• All donations are accepted in good faith and will be used for our charitable objectives.

• Donors will receive an acknowledgment and, where applicable, a receipt eligible for tax exemption under the relevant section of the Income Tax Act (if applicable).

• Donations once processed cannot generally be refunded except under the conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, and materials) is the property of Better Infra Better India Trust and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from use of this site.
