Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations once made will not normally be refunded, as they are immediately put to use for charitable activities.
However, if a transaction is made in error (duplicate or wrong amount), please contact us within 7 days at support@betterinfrabetterindia.org.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

If any specific fundraising event is canceled, donors will be notified and may choose to reallocate or request a refund.
